Robert Rose

Rob is a seasoned insurance professional, bringing over 30 years of experience providing reliable, client – focused insurance solutions. He specializes in all types of business and personal insurance and is known for his thoughtful approach to solving client needs. After graduating from the University of Kentucky Rob began his career as a property/casualty insurance claims adjuster followed by several years as a Realtor. He joined Carpenter-Warren Insurance Agency in 1988 where he became managing partner for many years. Outside the office, he enjoys golf, UK sports, the outdoors and spending time with family, friends, and pets.

Sandra Ulmer

Sandra is a Georgia native who made Lexington her home after graduating from Grambling State University with a BA degree in English and Communication. She has over 20+ years of experience in the insurance field, working with a variety of carriers. She has one son and a grand-cat named Wasabi. In her free time she volunteers in the community, serves in her church, and spends time with friends.

Hope Johnson

Hope is a Lexington native and a graduate of Midway College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business. She has experience in several industries, including real estate and retail management, previously working as a Shift Manager at Camping World. She began her insurance career in 2023 and has truly enjoyed growing in the field. Outside of work, Hope has competed in professional drag racing with the International Hot Rod Association, earning several championships. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her family, friends, and her miniature Australian shepherd, Juliet Blue.
